However, upon arrival, I was told by the rude manager that my appointment had been rescheduled, despite my willingness to wait. On the day of my appointment, I got delayed by just 7 minutes due to heavy traffic and rain. The pain persisted, and I was repeatedly asked to pay £50 for the same medication on subsequent visits. SimplyHealth and SquareHealth, please improve otherwise what's the point? plastering '24hour access to a GP' all over your websites and promotional material. 24 hours later just to speak with a customer advisor, still no call back. I've tried ringing SquareHealth directly to ask if there is a best time of day to check for appointments etc, but their lines don't ring and they ask you to leave a voicemail for someone to call back. Considering this is the first time I have used this service I'm really disappointed. It was actually quicker to go through my normal GP practice which is an appointment 11 days away. ![]() There are 0 GP's available, I downloaded the Simpl圜onsult app and I keep pushing back the preferred appointment date and Time and still there are absolutely no GP's available. Implement policies, procedures, and processes for investigation and resolution of patient complaints and grievances. Ensure the involvement of the organizations governing body or its designated grievance committee. I've been with SimplyHealth for years without really using any of its services, I recently need to speak with a GP so I tried the 24 hour service SimplyHealth offers through a third party called SquareHealth. Design a process to capture and address all complaints and grievances. Disappointed with SimplyHealth's 24hour GP.
